Clara Cook is a freelance writer, podcaster, oral historian and amateur photographer. She has written blog articles for organisations such as The Women’s International League of Peace and Freedom and the London School of Economics. In recent years, she has worked on oral history projects including These Dangerous Women, Tales from Houghton Street (to mark LSE's 120th anniversary) and ST40. She is an avid sci-fi fan, podcasting about The X-Files for The X Cast podcast show and for Primitive Culture, a Trek FM podcast examining the connections between Star Trek and our own history and culture.
When she was a child, Clara’s ambitions were either to travel back in time, become an astronaut or be a writer. She is glad she has managed to satisfy one of these ambitions by writing for Set The Tape.
