An exclusive track from US hip-hop duo Run The Jewels will feature on the new FIFA 18 soundtrack, along with former Mercury Prize winners The xx and a mixture of artists from around the world, including Lorde, alt-J, The War On Drugs and The National.
Junkie XL (Mad Max: Fury Road, Wonder Woman, Deadpool) also scores the game’s popular story mode ‘The Journey: Hunter Returns’, as the central character Alex Hunter continues his quest to become a world renowned footballer. The Journey also features its own soundtrack, boasting Californian rock giants Weezer among the playlist.
Zedd, Major Lazer and Kasabian designed exclusive kits for the game’s ‘Ultimate Team’ mode in FIFA 17, and this year’s pre-order Special Edition FUT kits come courtesy of Capital Cities, Glass Animals, Catfish and the Bottlemen, Bloc Party, Grouplove, Saint Motel, Zhu, and Lemaitre.
