The end is here for Netflix Original series House of Cards as the final chapter in the political drama receives its trailer and launch date.
There’s no return for former leading man Kevin Spacey in the eight-episode sixth season following his dismissal from the show last year after allegations of historical sexual misconduct.
One actor who hasn’t been written out from the show is Golden Globe winner and Emmy Award nominee Robin Wright (Blade Runner 2049, Wonder Woman) who will return as President of the United States.
Wright is joined by Oscar nominees Diane Lane and Greg Kinnear as well as Cody Fern alongside Michael Kelly, Jayne Atkinson, Patricia Clarkson, Constance Zimmer, Derek Cecil, Campbell Scott and Boris McGiver.

Melissa James Gibson and Frank Pugliese continue as showrunners for season six, and they serve as executive producers along with Robin Wright, David Fincher, Joshua Donen, Dana Brunetti, Eric Roth, Michael Dobbs and Andrew Davies.
The sixth and final season of House of Cards will arrive on all Netflix services on 2 November.
