Netflix releases the official trailer from the third season of Marvel’s Daredevil.
The trailer teases the eagerly awaited return of Matt Murdock’s (Charlie Cox) arch nemesis Wilson Fisk (Vincent D’Onofrio) who has been sorely missed since his last major part in the storyline back in the first season.
Murdock is also back in the costume – in both his homemade black bandana get up and later returns to his more familiar red-plated armour.
Since he last battled Fisk, the Man Without Fear has battled personal inner demons as well as keeping Hell’s Kitchen safe from crime after teaming with Elektra and Punisher through season two.
Daredevil was also a founding member of The Defenders with Jessica Jones (Krysten Ritter), Luke Cage (Mike Colter) and Danny Rand (aka Iron Fist, Finn Jones), to a mixed reception from audiences.
