Call of Duty: WWII
Developer: Sledgehammer Games
Platform: PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC
Release Date: 3rd November

An obvious entry? Perhaps. A divisive one? Definitely.
Sledgehammer Games, the developer behind 2014’s Advanced Warfare, returns to the yearly franchise this November and promises to take us back to what made Call of Duty such a powerhouse back in its heyday. Any advert you see for the latest in the multi-billion dollar franchise will tell you that it’s all about “boots on the ground”.
This means dialling back the jetpacks, the lasers and the high tech perks, and going back to the days of the solidly built story campaign and world class multiplayer that anyone can get a kick out of. Something we’ll have to wait and see if it’s true; but if it is, if they draw me in with tight online battles and tense single player stories, I’m all in.
How about a little bonus for you? Something to sweeten the deal? The online co-op zombie mode that has become a staple of the franchise seems to be taking a serious horror themed left turn into completely terrifying. Perfect.

Really looking forward to South Park, feels like it’s been ages since they announced it to us actually getting it.
It does feel like it’s been in delay Hell for too long.
I can’t wait to finally get my hands on it, October is gonna be expensive!
